Menopause, the journey to a baby, exhaustion that does not go away after a holiday, weight that will not budge. One consulting room is not enough for these. We connect gynaecology, nutritional therapy and psychotherapy so that they build on each other — in a complete programme or in a single consultation.
Modern nutritional therapy is long past one-size-fits-all meal plans. It starts from careful diagnostics and respects your life situation, health and goals. Together we will set sustainable eating habits that support your energy, hormonal balance and long-term health — whether you are going through menopause, want to reach a healthy weight, are planning a pregnancy, or simply want to look after your fitness.

Maria Říha is a physician we are delighted to have welcomed to the EVALON Estetika team. Her rich international experience is now available to all aesthetic dermatology patients.
She graduated from the M. K. Amosov National Medical University, completed international fellowships at Umeå University in Sweden, and became a valued member of the team at Motol University Hospital in Prague.
She is devoted to gentle, creative, and precise work aimed at correcting imperfections and slowing the signs of ageing. In her view, every procedure has its own purpose and indication — which is why she is not afraid to combine injectable treatments with modern devices to achieve the best and most natural result for each patient.
She believes that true beauty comes above all from within — from self-confidence, self-respect, and self-love. For her, aesthetic dermatology is therefore not only about improving outward appearance but also about supporting every woman’s self-confidence.

Studied nutritional therapy at the First Faculty of Medicine of Charles University.
At the EVALON clinic, she specialises primarily in women's health and nutrition during pregnancy, a field she focused on intensively already during her studies.
Her goal is to help women with nutrition at any stage of their lives. She emphasises effectiveness, sustainability, and above all an individual approach that takes into account each person's specific needs and lifestyle. She firmly believes in modern, prevention-based medicine, in which properly designed nutrition plays a key role.

At EVALON Gynaecology, she combines routine gynaecological and prenatal care with her expertise in fetal medicine.
In her work, she places great emphasis on sensitive communication and respects each patient's concerns and needs. She is always happy to take the time to explain everything patiently and in plain language.

She graduated from a higher vocational medical school and, as a general nurse, has seven years of experience. She has devoted most of her professional career to women's health, having worked in a gynaecology clinic for the past six years.
She approaches every client personally and with empathy. What she values most is the friendly, close-knit team at the clinic — in her view, a welcoming atmosphere naturally carries over into the care patients receive.

She studied midwifery and in 2014 completed her master’s degree in Community Care in Midwifery. She has over fifteen years of experience in the field — from high-risk pregnancy and postpartum wards to delivery rooms and a gynaecology-obstetrics clinic — and today also works as a community midwife and lactation consultant.
She approaches every woman as a unique person with her own story, needs, and wishes. Her care is comprehensive, respectful, and always tailored to the specific situation — whether it involves preparation for birth, support for physiological labour, psychological support, or continuous birth companionship.
To offer her patients the very best, she continually furthers her education — she is currently studying naturopathic methods. She combines her experience with a sincere desire to support women in one of the most significant moments of their lives.

She studied midwifery at the First Faculty of Medicine of Charles University and, from her very first day in practice, has built her care on three pillars — respect, a holistic approach, and seeing every woman as an individual.
Although she is at the beginning of her professional journey, learning never stops for her. She is currently studying for a master’s degree in Intensive Care in Midwifery and has already completed several professional courses that continually deepen her knowledge and skills.
She approaches every woman with openness and empathy — giving her the space, time, and sense of safety to open up and ask about anything. She believes that good care grows from mutual trust and a human approach, and that is exactly what she strives to offer women at every stage of their journey.

She began her medical career in a surgical department, where she gained valuable experience and solid foundations in patient care. This background brought her to EVALON, where she now works as a nurse in the gynaecology and urogynaecology department and has devoted her professional life to women’s health.
She builds her approach to every patient on honesty, helpfulness, and a genuine effort to assist whenever possible — because a satisfied patient is, for her, the best confirmation of a job well done.

She studied gynaecology and obstetrics at the First Faculty of Medicine of Charles University. She shares her knowledge beyond the consulting room as well — she has lectured on gynaecology to midwives at the Medical College and also teaches gynaecology to paramedic students at the Czech Technical University (ČVUT).
At EVALON, she focuses on gynaecology and the care of pregnant women — two areas that naturally complement the whole spectrum of women’s health. She approaches each patient individually and as an equal partner: she listens, explains, and builds on mutual trust, which she considers the foundation of truly good care.

Prof. MUDr. Kamil Švabík, Ph.D., is among the world’s leading experts in urogynaecology and pelvic reconstructive surgery.
In his long-standing medical practice, he focuses on the care of women with pelvic floor disorders, urinary incontinence, and complications following gynaecological surgery. He views his profession as an opportunity to restore quality of life to women whose health issues have often taken it away.
He places great emphasis on thorough diagnostics and on explaining findings in a clear and understandable way. To this end, he uses modern methods, including 4D ultrasound of the pelvic floor. Only on the basis of an accurate diagnosis does he choose an individualised treatment plan that is as gentle as possible for each woman. Thanks to this approach, patients return with the confidence that they are truly in safe and competent hands.
In addition to his work at EVALON, he is also affiliated with the Centre of Urogynaecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery at the First Faculty of Medicine, Charles University and the General University Hospital in Prague, as well as with the Department of Gynaecology, Obstetrics and Neonatology at the First Faculty of Medicine, Charles University and the General University Hospital in Prague, where he is involved both in patient care and in the further development of the field.

Lucia sees women’s healthcare as an area worth investing in – both on a human and a strategic level. At EVALON, she looks for practices and partners who want to be part of the change – to raise care for women to a higher level and become part of a brand that brings a new standard to clinics.
